You will receive an email or call to confirm you order within 2–3 business days (please note BSB is closed on Sundays and Mondays). During this email or call a specific pick up time will be arranged, decoration will be discussed and any other questions will be answered.
In general, orders should be placed a week or two in advance. We will try to accommodate last minute requests, but cannot always guarantee our availability during busy times — especially on weekends and holidays. Because all items are fresh and custom ordered, we limit the amount of work we commit to. This ensures your order is a true Bettersweet creation!
Order Pick-up Notice
Beginning June 1st, 2011, Bettersweet WILL NOT be open on Saturdays for pick ups, due to the high number of weddings booked. Please adjust your order date to a Thursday or Friday. There will be no exceptions.
