A few details about our new menu shifts:
- The 10 flavors listed each week are the only flavors we are offering for those days.
- All current cake and cupcake sizes are available in any of the weekly flavors. Click here to see the available cake sizes: https://bettersweetbakery.com/cake-menu/
- Cupcake minimums will be as follows: regular size, 1/2 dozen per flavor combination & mini size, 1 dozen per flavor combination. This is a slight change from our usual order minimums.
- All items with an * may be ordered gluten free. Gluten free cakes are available as a 9″ short or 9″ tall and gluten free cupcakes have a minimum order of 1 dozen per flavor combination in the regular size and 2 dozen per flavor combination in the mini size.
- For cakes you may provide requests for text and colors, but no inspiration photos or replications of other cakes will be accepted. Our decoration style is shifting to simple and nice.
- For cupcakes you may provide requests for sprinkle color/s, but no inspiration photos will be accepted.
- Expect to see an online order form sometime the end of May or the beginning of June.
- There may be a few additional flavors/items added on our weekly a la carte menu, which is posted on our Facebook page on Thursday’s. The menu below will help anyone wishing to place an order ahead of time.
Thursday 6/4 & Friday 6/5: The only available flavors and other goodies are:

- Fresh lemon with lemon curd creme filling and cream cheese frosting*
- Rainbow sprinkle with vanilla creme filling and vanilla bean butter frosting*
- Milk chocolate with salted caramel creme filling and cocoa butter frosting*
- Almond poppy seed with blueberry compote creme filling and cream cheese frosting*
- Fresh orange with mixed berry compote creme filling and cream cheese frosting*
- COTM: vanilla bean w/ strawberry rhubarb compote creme filling & vanilla bean butter frosting*
- Signature flavor of the week: PB & Chocolate Nonsense. Peanut butter chocolate chip cake is sent over the top with our crunchy peanut butter creme filling and frosted with our cocoa butter. Warning: if eaten while at work, all productivity will immediately halt. Trust us, we’ve seen it. contains peanuts.
- Signature flavor of the month: Sweet Smore’s. Classic vanilla cake is filled with marshmallow graham filling and frosted with cocoa butter frosting. Decoracted with mini chocolate covered graham squares, teeny tiny marshmallows and another sprinkling of graham crumbs.
Cookie of the week: Carl’s sammies. Two soft chocolate cookies make a perfect sandwich, filled with our signature butter frosting and 20 years of love. Minimum order 1/2 dozen, $7.50 per container of 6.
Brunch breads of the week: strawberry rhubarb and blueberry citrus. Minimum order 1 loaf per flavor, $8 per loaf.
Treat of the week: MC’s eclairs. These chocolate eclairs are made with a true French inspired pastry dough, velvety vanilla whipped custard and a blend of melted chocolates on top. Minimum order 2 eclairs, $6.50 per container of 2.

- Amaretto with cherry bourbon compote creme filling and bourbon butter frosting*
- Milk chocolate with double chocolate fudge creme filling and cocoa butter frosting*
- COTM: vanilla bean w/ strawberry rhubarb compote creme filling & vanilla bean butter frosting*
- Signature flavor of the week: Razmon Delight. Raspberry flecked vanilla cake is filled with a lemon curd mascarpone creme and frosted with raspberry cream cheese frosting. Soft pinks and a touch of gold make this cake as pretty as it is refreshing.
- Signature flavor of the month: Sweet Smore’s. Classic vanilla cake is filled with marshmallow graham filling and frosted with cocoa butter frosting. Decorated with mini chocolate covered graham squares, teeny tiny marshmallows and another sprinkling of graham crumbs.
Cookie of the week: Everything but the kitchen sink monster cookies. Naturally gluten free, these cookies have some of the best ingredients ever combined: oats, peanut butter, M&M’s, chocolate chips, peanuts, vanilla…. Minimum order 1/2 dozen, $7.50 per container of 6.* contains peanuts.

Treat of the week: Turtle cheesecake. Layers of vanilla and chocolate cheesecake, studded with pecans and drizzles of caramel sit upon a chocolate cookie crust. We finish each slice with some extra caramel and pecans. Minimum order 1 slice, $6.50 per slice. contains pecans.

- Signature flavor of the week: German Chocolate. Our version of this southern classic layers chocolate coconut cake and pecan creme and a light caramel drizzle. Finished off with the sweet coconut pecan chocolate frosting you’ll recognize. Lastly, pecans and rich caramel sauce adorn the cake top. contains pecans.
