What an incredible time for us all!  Our hearts certainly go out to you attempting to continue to plan for your wedding celebration.

We are in unprecedented times for our business as well, but are committed to doing whatever we can to help each couple as you work out details and make necessary changes.

A note if you’ve already booked your wedding with Bettersweet for the 2020 season: please know we’ve already had many couples with spring and early summer wedding dates make alternative plans.  Having never experienced this type of reality in business before, we don’t have a standard policy to refer you to.

If you need to postpone or move your celebration date, we can transfer your deposit amount for a future date, bearing that date is open on our event calendar. We can also offer you a gift certificate for the deposit amount if a future date cannot be determined at the time of postponement.  

Please just keep us updated as you plan and make decisions.

A note if you’re looking to book your wedding with Bettersweet for the 2020 or 2021 season: please know with the amount of turmoil currently happening for all of our already-booked clients, we are postponing meeting with any new or potential clients at this time. In fact, we are unable to schedule any in person consultation appointments until the governmental ban has been lifted.
