Wondering what happened to our larger size cake options? We had to change our menu in Fall of 2024 to accommodate caregiving for two family members. Quality, not quantity, has always been Bettersweet’s priority and to continue that unwaveringly- we just don’t have as much time to give in the kitchen or at our desk. Thanks for understanding that family takes a front seat.
If you’re planning for a celebration with a guest count over 15 people, think about these options:

~ Order several smaller cakes, which gives you flavor variety and choices for your guests
Signature Cakes: These true Bettersweet creations are created the same every time we make them, so please understand they can not be altered; ie. changing out a filling flavor or leaving out the nuts. They also come with a pre-set decoration, so if you are looking to have a custom cupcake sprinkle color or theme, you may want to build your own combination.

Uncle Bob’s Red Velvet
Overflowing with color and flavor, this light cocoa cake is filled with semi sweet almond creme, finished with cream cheese frosting and decorated with cocoa butter swirls and crushed chocolate pieces. *contains almonds. Available only as an 8″ tall size, $58
Ma’s Almond Joy
This coconut & almond flavored vanilla cake is baked with 3 types of crushed chocolate and generously filled with our signature vanilla crème. Frosted with nothing better than our BSB butter and flaked coconut. *contains coconut and almonds. Available only as an 8″ tall size, $58
PB & Chocolate Nonsense
This one is for the serious connoisseur. Peanut butter chocolate chip cake is sent over the top with our crunchy peanut butter creme filling and frosted with our cocoa butter. A chocolate & coffee layer cake is filled with both espresso flecked creme & semi sweet vanilla custard. A light layer of mocha butter is then completely covered in dark chocolate ganache. Caramel Layer
This one is a true creation for sweet tooth’s: golden butter cake is filled with semisweet vanilla custard, caramel drizzle and chocolate fudge. Both signature butter and cocoa butter frostings cover this treat. Available only as an 8″ tall size, $58

Our version of this southern classic layers chocolate coconut cake and pecan creme and a light caramel drizzle. Finished off with the sweet coconut pecan chocolate frosting you’ll recognize.
