CHRISTMAS CAKES
WINTER WOODLAND~ Our reimaging of the French Buche de Noel, this golden vanilla butter cake is filled with your choice of either chocolate mousse creme or mocha hazelnut mousse creme. Lightly frosted with cocoa butter and flaked chocolate to look like the bark of a freshly snowed on forest stump. Complete with holly, mushrooms and of course, a cardinal. 8″ short [serves 6-8] $42 or 8″ tall [serves 12-14] $60.
SANTA CLAUS ~ Cocoa-mint cake filled with velvety fudge & then frosted with a minty butter cream to image Kris Kringle himself. Also available without mint. 8″ short [serves 6-8] $42 or 8″ tall [serves 12-14] $60. Gluten free available, $46/$64.
BRANDY O’ FASHIONED ~ One of our most beloved ‘adult’ flavors, this classic vanilla cake is infused with a bit o brandy and a bit o orange. Filled with a simple vanilla sweet creme and finished with brandied butter frosting. Adorned with dried orange slices, edible gold flakes and enough cherries to share. 8″ short [serves 6-8] $42 or 8″ tall [serves 12-14] $60. Gluten free available, $46/$64.
SPUMONI ~ A brand new creation for this holiday season. A layer of maraschino chunk cherry cake and a layer of pistachio cake, both filled with our double chocolate fudge crème filling. Frosted with a candied almond butter and then completed with crushed pistachios, chocolate curls and several stunning sugared cherries. Available as an 8” tall only, $60. [serves 12-14] * Gluten free available $64.
CHRISTMAS COOKIES Can be ordered two different ways:
- As individual flavors by the dozen. For example, 1 dozen gingerbread tress. Minimum order 1 baker’s dozen per flavor. $15.
- As a pre assorted gift box, three size options listed below. You can not select the cookie flavors for the boxes, they are assorted, using the cookie flavors from our list.
Petite~ 1/2 dozen pre assorted box. Perfect for a simple gift or just a little taste. $8
Deluxe~1.5 dozen pre assorted box. A lovely array of flavors with a couple of extras of course! $22
Grand~ 2.5 dozen pre assorted box. The ultimate gift! A very generous amount of cookies. $32

LEMON RICOTTA LOAF CAKE ~ This combination of refreshing lemon and classic pound cake finished with a light glaze has become a holiday classic. Serves 6-8 guests, $16.
ROSEMARY MAPLE PECANS ~ When everyone you know asks for these spiced nuts for gifts, you know they’re good. Simple ingredients of butter, maple syrup, fresh rosemary and spice keep these toasted nuts healthy and just a bit sweet. Generous half pound bag, $12. *
CINNAMON HONEY NUT GRANOLA ~ Created to actually nourish at breakfast time, this treasured recipe has only good things; oat flakes, pecans, almonds, spice, coconut oil & honey. GINGERBREAD SEASONAL GRANOLA ~ Brand new this holiday, we’ve taken our beloved granola recipe and dressed it up for company. Full of warming spice, nuts, vanilla and a touch of orange; you’ll be glad you picked up something so tasty to give or enjoy yourself. No refined sugars! $5.50 per half pound bag or $9 per pound. * Gluten free available, minimum order 2 pounds, $10 per pound.
LIME COCONUT MACAROONS ~ Straight out of the vault! Decadent coconut macaroons with the added flavor profile of fresh lime with the bottoms dipped in dark chocolate. You won’t know you love them until you try them. $16 per baker’s dozen. Naturally gluten free.
CAROLE’S GRASSHOPPER SQUARES ~ One of the few items that has been on the menu since year one. A rich chocolate base is layered with a delicious minty cream and then covered in a decadent chocolate ganache. $6 per gift wrapped square.
TRADITIONAL RUM ROUNDS ~ Nostalgic and flavorful, these handcrafted rounds are an incredible blend of soft chocolate and tiny bits of crunch. $16 per dozen box. *

MC. Eclairs~ If you’ve never partook in one of Margo’s eclairs; you’re completely missing out. Soft pastry shells are filled with a sweet vanilla whipped custard and finished with a thick chocolate glaze. Minimum order ½ dozen, $18.
